A House of Commons enquiry is due to take place into the opening of Terminal 5. Both British Airways bosses and BAA bosses will have to be present.
A one-off session is to be held by the House of Commons Transport Committee which will hear evidence on the problems that have been occurring since the terminal opened. The session is set to be held on May 7th 2008.
Both BAA bosses and BA bosses will have to give evidence on the events that have occurred.
The British Air Line Pilots’ Association (BALPA) launched an attack on British Airways bosses in a letter sent to government ministers and shareholders. Many people are angry as they feel that their brands are being made to look like laughing stock.
The enquiry will be hard for BA executives as they are going to have to hear some strong views that people have given on their recent levels of service.
