Industry experts today claimed that passengers find it harder to book flights as they are so spoilt for choice when it comes to the number of airlines on offer.

There are two markets that now choose for flights. There are people looking for budget flights and people searching for comfort, style and who are willing to pay for this.

Most customers still choose price over anything else which is why budget airlines such as Ryanair and easyJet are doing so well. However, some people prefer comfort hence the reason airlines such as British Airways and Virgin Atlantic do so well.
