When you are going on holiday, the last thing you think of is stress right? Wrong!

According to a new nationwide poll of UK travellers, getting to and from the airport is the most stressful part of travelling. People dread the travelling more than they dread the flight which was an unexpected answer.

Now many men may make the travel arrangements, however it is the women who are likely to get very stressed. Believe it or not, people found travelling to the airport more stressful than having to remember tickets and passports.

40% say they drive themselves to the airport, 20% say they get taxis and 23% rely on friends and family for a lift. Most people then went on to say how they felt taxis and airport parking were very much over priced.

The last thing that you think about when going on holiday is stress, however it does happen and many people admit that by the time they get to the airport, they definitely need that holiday.
