TravelodgeMany UK travellers have got the ‘Budget Fever’ and are choosing to book more low cost hotels. This means that the low cost hotel business sector’s profits are likely to treble by 2027.

With the increase in people booking and the increase in profit, it has been suggested that one new budget hotel will be opened or converted every three days over the next 20 years.

The budget hotels sector is actually doing a lot better than the rest of the hotel industry with a growth that is now ten times faster.
