We regret to advise you that Goldtrail Holidays (and flights) has ceased trading.

All our clients were protected through our financial protection insurance.

There is no need to contact the CAA as Flightline’s Total Financial Protection is covering the cost of re-bookings up to the value of the original booking.

Passengers already abroad
The CAA will be arranging flights home and in most cases your flight times will be unaffected. For the latest information, check the CAA website.

Flight only bookings
We are currently contacting all of our customers in departure date order. Please visit www.flightline.co.uk and rebook your flight seats. Our staff will be contacting you as soon as possible to arrange a refund of the original monies.

Holiday bookings
We are currently contacting all of our customers in departure date order. We will arrange alternative flights and contact you with the new details as soon as possible.

Please appreciate that our telephone lines are extremely busy and you may experience difficulty or long wait times in getting through to us. We will be contacting all affected customers directly so you don’t need to wait on hold.
