easyjet planeEasyJet passenger numbers rose by 14% to 3.34 million in October. This is a lot more than the previous October which saw 2.93 million passengers.

EasyJet carried a total of 37.6 million passengers in the last year which is an increase from the 33.1 million they carried the year before.

The airline is said to be very happy with the new figures and hopes that this yearly figure will be greater than the last. With so many new routes beginning, the company is bound to carry more passengers.

Figures are thought to come out around November 20th 2007.
