Virgin Atlantic rewards online check-in Thursday, February 28th 2008
Virgin Atlantic has come up with a new plan to encourage passengers to check-in online.
If you are travelling between August 1st and September 30th from London Heathrow, London Gatwick or Manchester and you check-in online, then you will be given the chance to print off a discount voucher.

Mobile Phone Check-in gives ‘greater choice’ Tuesday, February 19th 2008
Checking-in using a mobile phone is said to give passengers a greater choice of checking-in options.

Strikes called off! Thursday, January 3rd 2008
The strikes that were planned to occur in January across seven UK airports have been called off after talks between airport owner’s BAA and the Unite Union.
The announcement came after BAA agreed to amend plans to alter the pension rights to new employees.

Virgin Atlantic cancellations Thursday, December 27th 2007
Virgin Atlantic are to cancel three flights on the 9th and 10th of January but run all other services as normal. This is because the Unite Union that represents cabin crew is planning industrial action over pay.
