IATA releases annual Corporate Air Travel Survey Tuesday, November 20th 2007

IATA has surveyed over 10,000 active travellers and has found out that most want to take control of their own travel experiences.
The results showed that 89% of passengers preferred e-tickets to paper ones, 56% had used internet check-in and 69% had used self-service kiosks in the airports.
