CAA proposes higer airline charges Tuesday, November 20th 2007
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is going to allow BAA to increase landing charges.
The plans mean that BAA will be able to raise charges by 15.6% at Heathrow and 8.2% at Gatwick over the next 2 years.

Passenger numbers hit 100 million Thursday, November 15th 2007
For the first time, the annual number of passengers passing through UK regional airports has exceeded 100 million.
The CAA have released figures that show this is 3 times more than those who passed through in 1990. The strongest increase is coming from passengers wishing to travel to international destinations.

Most business travellers do not want in-flight mobile calls Wednesday, October 24th 2007
Business travellers have expressed their concern about the idea of in-flight mobile calls. Only 16% of travellers said that they would like mobiles to be used on aircrafts, compared to 56% that said they didn’t want it.

Flyglobespan license suspended Friday, October 19th 2007
Flyglobespan have had their transatlantic license suspended after the CAA revealed that the airline was not meeting requirements.
