Routes from Manchester to Geneva and Sofia Thursday, July 10th 2008

easyJet, Europe’s leading low-fares airline, today unveiled plans to launch two new routes from Manchester this winter to Sofia (Bulgaria) and Geneva (Switzerland).

£50 million terminal extension Friday, July 4th 2008

Phase one of the new terminal extension at London Stansted has been opened. The extension is being built to focus on improving passenger facilities.
The extension is 6000 square metres and includes a sixth baggage reclaim belt, facilities for immigration control and additional waiting areas.

Heathrow Branded Europe’s Worst Airport Thursday, July 3rd 2008

The Association of European Airlines (AEA) has branded London Heathrow as Europe’s worst airport.
