British Airways has now called on the CAA to prevent BAA delaying the new targets that will relate to passengers experience of the airport. If BAA were allowed to delay the targets then British Airways could have to wait 2 years before they come out.

BA has aired its main concerns over security control posts. They believe that the way current procedures are, flight punctuality is suffering.

BA have claimed that it is unacceptable and unfair for customers to have to go through the Heathrow Hassle for another 2 years, just because BAA dont sort anything out.

Hearings began today involving BA and the CAA in which reviews have been done on BAA airports.
