Palma Nova - Located On The South West Coast Of Majorca

Palma Nova is renowned for its lively nightlife and activities. Young groups of singles and young couples are well suited to the resort during the summer, however in the lower seasons, the resort becomes popular with families as the nightclubs are rarely open. The transfer time is around half an hour meaning you have a lot of time in your resort. The beaches in Palma Nova have all been awarded the European Blue Flag for their cleanliness. There are fairly shallow waters, although it is still important that children are accompanied by an adult at all times. The resort is purpose-built, making it perfect for the thousands of tourists that visit the resort each year.



Palma Nova - A Busy Resort With Plenty To Do

Palma Nova is a busy resort with so much to offer. During the summer months, there are generally more people and more activities including water sports. These include jet-skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, snorkelling, paragliding and para-sailing. Golf Fantasia is well worth a visit and being a mini golf course, it is a perfect place to take the children. An exciting activity is the Aqualand in Magaluf. You will find many swimming pools, rides and slides here and it is an activity that is suitable to people of all ages.



Palma Nova - Dance Until Dawn

Palma Nova is full of bars and clubs that enable you to dance the night away and stay out until dawn. You will find karaoke, live shows, foam parties, laser shows and various types of music and all songs from the 70\'s until today. The nightlife is very popular and vibrant in the summer months and it is guaranteed that everyone will enjoy themselves on a night out. However, Palma Nova is not as lively as Magaluf, so it is ideal for those who are wanting a better nights sleep than others. There are many places to eat in Palma Nova and you will find all sorts of cuisine. These include Italian, Spanish, English, Chinese and Indian. You will find a few buses taking you into the capital Palma and you will also find a few taxis in the area. You will also find that many of the hotels put on entertainment in the evenings. The accommodation ranges from 2-4-star so there is something affordable for everyone.



Palma Nova - Perfect For A Lively Summer

Palma Nova has very hot weather, especially during July and August. All the way between May and October is sunshine and its only from November to April that you may need a jacket in the evenings. It is also more likely to rain in the winter months so you may wish to wrap up warm. However, there is always sunshine at some stage during the day, and this is normally very warm. The temperatures are around 30C in the summer and rarely fall below 10C. The water temperatures tend to remain high, making the beach the perfect place to go and top up your tans and try some water sports.
