Daystar Icmeler Apartments
“ Just back 29/09/11 and won't go back to daystar. Icmeler is a great place for a holiday, lovely beach and restaurants but the apartments were dirty and a bit far out of the town. We had the same sheets for our weeks stay and almost had to beg for clean towels in the middle of the week. The room was never swept out or washed at all. Didn't expect it to be a palace for 23 but I expected a wee bit more. ”

Telmessos
“ I was very happy with the hotel, for the cost I thought it was ex. Food was ex, and plenty of it. Staff very happy and eager to make sure you enjoy yr holiday. My only complaint would be the noise at times very early hours of the morning, this was due to other holiday makers not considering other guests sleeping. I would book and stay here again. ”

Imperial Apartments
“ We enjoyed our stay at the Imperial Apartments, they are quite basic and a bit tired looking , but had everything we needed, clean linen 4 times in the weeks stay, plenty of wardrobe space and a decent sized pool.bathroom very tight squeeze to get between shower/bath screen and sink , our daughters had more room in theirs which was an atic room. Saying that, for the price we paid it was excellent value for money, no hassel from the staff to drink or eat, as we've had from previous accomodations in Icmeler over the past 15 years , and an excellent location. Would stay again, nearly all guests staying at apartments were repeat guests. ”

Harman Hotel Fethiye
“ Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool area with bar. Quite modern and nicely furnished. The room was great although the balcony is a bit small with only little stools and insufficient room for a table. A few more hangers in the wardrobe would be good. The bath room was very clean, far better than anything we've had in Greece. Powerful shower fixed to the wall and a loo that can flush toilet paper (no smelly bins). Only ten minutes walk from Calis centre, beach, restaurants and bars. Breakfast buffet is basic and was the same every day so a little boring. Don't know what evening meals were like as we were only B&B. We would definitely stay there again. It is a really nice hotel and the area is lovely with lots of friendly people. ”

Harman Hotel
“ Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The only thing I didn't agree with was the cost of air conditioning, 4 a day. The first week we paid for, it didn't work, but the second week we benefited from a really cool room. The staff and especially the bar staff are so happy and really helpful. Felt extremely comfortable there and loved the surrounding areas and the lovely beach and beautiful sunset. Will definitely will be going back :-D ”

BC Spa Hotel
“ Fabulous upmarket hotel, spotless, very friendly staff, excellent spa facilities. Pool is not chlorinated but not sea water either and spotless. Would be good access for wheelchair user from standard room to pool and seating area but bumpy crazy paving to breakfast and evening eating areas. Plenty of tables and chairs around pool so could probably serve there instead. Dublex apartments have only lounge downstairs - bathroom and bedroom up marble curving staircase but standard rooms all on ground floor and only feet from pool etc. Lovely views of mountains, river etc, nice breeze around pool and less than 5 min walk to town with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Lovely and quiet at night - no entertainment (thank goodness). Use of enormous spa (under hotel) free of charge (indoor pool, sauna, steam room etc) and very reasonably priced massages etc. Paid only 30 TL for pedicure (about 13) and got the full works. Will be going again! ”

Diana Suite Hotel
“ My Mother and I stayed at the Diana Suite Hotel for one week half board the last week of August 2011.We had poolside rooms which were modern, clean and of good size. There are beautiful views of the surrounding hills as you chill by the pool.Breakfast was typical Turkish fayre, evening meals were enjoyable, tasty and a different menu each evening. We were on first name terms with all the staff who were so helpful, friendly, fun and accommadating, nothing was to much trouble for them.I would have no problem in recommending this hotel to families with young children or couples who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings and exellent value for money ”

Club Seray Forest Suites
“ overall this hotel is not as bad as a lot of the reveiws suggests , if your looking for a quiet holiday dont go there as there are alot of families and noisy .the food is ok but gets a bit monotimous but ive had a lot worse . the drinks are very weak so if you like your alcohol there are plenty of local bars and restaurants. the rooms are kept clean and clean sheets every day , ask for a room overlooking the pool these are the best. theres no night club and gym as advertised , dont have a tattoo as they fade as soon as you get back .its value for money as your only paying 30/day my only real moan is the pool .the grouting is black so is the baby pool is not cleaned very well and my daughter was ill ”

Grand Villa Sol Apart (Apartments)
“ We arrived at Grand Villa Sol at 5am after a night flight, to find they had given our room away to a late booking (we had booked 4 months earlier). We were re-located to another hotel nearby initially for 'just 1 night' which turned into 5 night. We were given a safe deposit box at Grand Villa Sol to make up for the lack of a bedroom! We were then asked to move over to Grand Villa Sol for the final 2 nights. The location of the hotel is out of marmaris in an area full of tacky hotels and restaurants offering 'roast beef dinners', Eastenders on big screens-why you'd want that in Turkey I don't know?? The hotel was on a fairly busy road, so noisy at night. The pool bar had Karaoke, bingo, staff dance shows (turkish men prancing around awkwardly to the YMCA) which went on until 1 or 2pm-again noisy if you wanted to sleep. The bar/restaurant staff hastled us every time they saw us to try and get us to eat and drink at the hotel, when we didn't, favoring restaurants by the marina and Old Town they were rude to us, and then ignored us. I don't have anything positive to say about this hotel. Iclemer, a couple of miles along the coast from marmaris was lovely-I'd reccomend you stay there. ”

Manas Park Oludeniz
“ The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the town of Oludeniz. Rooms are adequate but although you are told the towels and beds are changed regularly this did not happen. Beds were made and towels folded but clearly not changed! Food was ok for the first few days but didnt change for the whole stay. Food was left out in the heat and clearly used for the next meal if not used up! I would not recommend this hotel for families or older people as the entertainment was v v loud ( karaoke, disco etc) and went on until 3am! ”

Seyir Village
“ Overall we had a great holiday. Our rooms were cleaned to a high standard, but our room had the waste down pipe in it and it was boxed in with ornate chipboard , so we could see it and every time a toilet was flushed or a shower was used it came gushing past our heads. The pool was very clean and a good size , and one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the slide as we had 5 children in tow, but they only put it on for half an hour , three times a day, which disappointed ours and al the other kids there. Also the sunbeds were poor The bar and catering staff were very friendly, but only one of the catering and one of the bar staff could speak English. Good location. Good Holiday ”
