“ My family and I stayed here in October 2010 for 4 nights. We had a Premier Room with a cot for our little boy. There was just enough room for all of us - in hindsight we should have booked a family room. The beds were made up every day when we hung the note on the door, but that was it. Glasses weren't cleaned and nothing else was tidied. The breakfast was continental style with plenty of choice and staff were always helpful finding us a highchair each morning. The pool was cold - it was October, so wasn't well utilised. We managed to park in the street nearby for free - just! Watch out for people offering to "help" find a parking space by standing in them till you pull in and then charging you for the privilege! Great city, lovely hotel. Would definitely recommend! ”
