Hotel Sun Island
“ upon arrival we were just handed our keys to our appartment & was told what direction to go in, nothing said about where we eat, or were to find out were the entertainment was or any thing. rooms were ok, apart from lack of cleaning, not sure if this was to do with bank holidays, as we stayed 27th dec - 3rd jan. room was cleaned twice. there are 8 pools & two hot tubs, (or should i say freezing cold tubs & pools), we were very dissapointed about this as when i booked this one was thing that my family wanted was a warm pool, there was one, if you have children under 4. would not recommend for the teens, nothing for them to do. food was very nice. stayed @ paradise island in dec 2010 apart from cold pools again we did prefer this one . ”

Onasol Vista Oro Hotel

Gran Hotel Campello
“ We loved the breakfasts plenty of choice, but the evening meal was not nice at all and the food was cold, menu had only 4 choices not catering for vegetarians no veg with main meals strange really, the hotel was not busy so no excuse really. Apart from all that the hotel is fabby and clean and the staff are very nice i would go back again maybe b&b next time as it is beside all the amenities and a step away from the shops and beach, lovely area. ”

Riviera Park
“ The apartments are extremely spacious, with excellent balconies. However, some of the furniture is a little tired. The shower is poor with inferior towels provided.The apartment lighting could be improved. We are mindful that the resort has just been taken over, so we expect improvements to inject a bit of atmosphere. Overall, we had a relaxing time on the wide balcony, but did not feel inclined to use the under-used pool. ”

Cabana Hotel

Aparthotel Benalmadena Palace
“ The rooms are very dated and need upgrading. More a three star than the four star addvertized. It is at the bottom end of resort so a good walking distance to marina etc. The staff are very polite and helpful. Only went on B & B basis but the breakfast choice was good. Dont think we would go back to this hotel as plenty others in area look better. ”

Intertur Waikiki Apartments
“ My stay was brilliant, the annimation team especially Paula was very entertaining. The food, hotel entertainment and bar service aws excellent. I have only one complaint, as our stay was the last week of the season the management chose to close the outside bar and pool area a few days before we left. This was inconvenient and not very welcoming. ”

“ Fine for a base from our point of view as we are out all day .It covers all the basics and although we had a problem with a leaking water boiler they provided alternative showering arrangements until the boiler was repaired. I would rate this complex as value for money. ”

NH Porta de Barcelona
“ The Hotel is worthy of more than the Three Stars it has. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the Reception Staff very helpful. The Hotel is just far enough out of the City of Barcelona to become typical Spain, but near enough with the excellent Tram System to be part of the bustle of Barcelona. ”

Joya
“ Many thanks flightline yet another holiday booked with you, the Joya Hotel was clean and o/k for us!!!!! however this is away from all the nightlife. O/k for the old town and all the bars. Food was not that good but the Alex bar on the corner do good food!!!!!! ”

Hi Gardenia Park Hotel
“ We have stayed at this hotel several times before it became part of the "Hi" empire. The Stafff were always verry polite , smartly dresses and worked hard to please as many guests as possible. The Food was of good quality, very varied and plentiful, much as we remembered from our previous visits. However there were several large groups of golfers /hen nighter who tenned to leave the hotel in the evening , to return in the very small hours and want to shout conversations though what seemed ever opening and heavily closing doors. Their eventual departure was followed by an influx of famillies with numerous children with the abdication of much of the parental control. On balance excelent value, but I don't think we will return as we tend to like a quieter hotel. ”

Aparthotel Sunny Beach (Apartments)
“ The staff were all very nice the fixtures and fittings were dated the views over the sea were lovely.Beds as usual in spain were not too comfortable.Maid service was good and beds changed mid week and room well cleaned.quite noisy in the evenings.No good if you like a good sleep .Ideal for groups , No comfort on beds around pool just basic plastic beds .I wouldnt stay again but thats just because i like more comfort ! ”

Primavera Dos Apartments
“ cheap and cheerful, pretty close to the square for those who appreciate the nightlife. Other end of Benidorm from the old town. 5 min walk to the main square, 10 mins to beach. Pool and surround is blocked from the sun for late morning, early afternoon part of the day so pool was real cold although it was mid October. Average weather was 25 all week. ”

Brisamar Aparthotel
“ The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and the rooms were a good size. The pool was quite large and there were always sunbeds available although you had to pick your spot as certain parts of the pool area never really got any sun. The food was ok, although we did go out most nights for food, not because it wasn't nice in the hotel, it just didn't look appetising and always consisted of chips. The only thing that let it down overall was the lack of entertainment throughout the day and evening for those people that wanted to stay at the hotel, although we did go out of season the hotel was quite busy and should have made more of an effort. One slight annoyance was that when the bar was closed in the evening (11oc) they also closed off the toilets, so if you were to stay up chatting, you'd need to go all the way back to your room for the toilet. ”
