Cozumel & Resort
“ We booked this as a last minute deal, 3 hours before we arrived. When we got there, the hotel had our booking and were very friendly. The hotel is a little 80s Marbella in its decor, but is very clean, with a great pool, helpful staff and additional sea bathing area. The food was fine and served by lovely staff again. Well worth the trip and at the south of the increasingly spoilt centre of San Miguel, so it's easy to head towards the quieter snorkelling areas or nature reserves on the island. Enjoy Cozumel while you can - it's going to go Costa del Concrete in the next decade! ”

Solymar Beach Resort
“ When we arrived, our booking was mislaid and the staff, especially the female night duty desk manager, were rude and unhelpful. They kept us waiting 30 minutes and the grudgingly let us stay, making us feel very unwelcome. The room was not made up, including one of the beds. There were no towels and we asked 3 times to no avail. The TV also did not work and there were ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine and the hotel well-situated, but overall this is hotel whose glory has faded. The decor is shabby, the staff uniniformed and unhelpful and only saved by its excellent setting. Ripe for a take-over, I'm afraid. ”

Suites del Sol
“ Great location, 5 minutes from the beach and in front of the best place for fish tacos! Comfortable, large and clean rooms - staff couldn't be more helpful. Nice restaurant and great character - I'd definitely stay here again and would give it a 9 out of 10. ”

Crown Paradise Club Cancun All Inclusive
“ This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this hotel. Do not go if you expect luxury 5* accomodation however, it's excellent value for money, clean, fun and the staff are brilliant. ”

BlueBay Grand Esmeralda
“ A fabulous hotel which was celebrating its first full year of being open when we stayed with all sorts of offers being given. I would most definitely recommend that clients take the all inclusive package. It really is great value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending this resort, but get in early as it is going to be an area that will soon be developed, probably over-developed in the next few years. We had a fabulous time during our short stay. The swim up rooms are unbelievable! ”
