Solymar Beach Resort   “ When we arrived, our booking was mislaid and the staff, especially the female night duty desk manager, were rude and unhelpful. They kept us waiting 30 minutes and the grudgingly let us stay, making us feel very unwelcome. The room was not made up, including one of the beds. There were no towels and we asked 3 times to no avail. The TV also did not work and there were ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine and the hotel well-situated, but overall this is hotel whose glory has faded. The decor is shabby, the staff uniniformed and unhelpful and only saved by its excellent setting. Crown Paradise Club Cancun All Inclusive   “ This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this hotel.
