Studios Beltsios
“ Had a lovely stay at the Beltsios Troulos. The only down side was there were no hand rails around the pool area, leading to difficulty getting in and out of the pool. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend staying at the Beltsios and would return to Skiathos. ”

Aria Hotel
“ This hotel is brill, we have been going there now for 3 years consecutively and will be going again next year! The family who own it are so friendly, always give us a warm welcome when we arrive, and will do anything to help us. The dinners in the restuarant were always superb, and the pool area with its fab view over the bay so pretty. Couldn't fault this hotel in any way. ”

Apartments Oasis
“ We were a party of 8 mature women who stayed at the Oasis in May 2011. We got a taxi for 4 people from the airport and Helen, Mike's wife collected the other 4 people, it was only a 5 minute journey which is a relief when you have already spent hours travelling. Upon arrival Mike welcomed us with a free drink and gave us some tips and understanding about the area and complex. We were then shown to our respective rooms and were all pleasantly surprised, we all knew Greek accommodation can be a bit basic but our apartments/studios were very clean and had everything we wanted. The outside areas are also kept very clean and tidy with plenty of chairs, sunbeds, hammocks so there is no scrabbling about for somewhere to rest your weary body!! Skiathos town and harbour are beautiful, numerous restaurants and cafe's where you are not hassled if you do not want to go in. The people are extremely polite and helpful everywhere you go. We would def return to Skiathos and the Oasis. ”

Filia Studios
“ These studios were set in beautiful gardens with a lovely view. The studios, however, were very basic, a bit jaded and could do with modernising. The bins were emptied every day but the sheets were never changed and as the temperature was around 40C, this was not pleasant. The owners were friendly and their son, Christos, was very helpful and spoke very good English. There were some very good tavernas in close proximity and a very regular bus route along the coast to all the beaches and Skiathos Town. We found the steep approach to the apartments quite difficult (one approach less steep) and because of the hotter summers Greece now seems to be experiencing, in future we would probably choose accommodation nearer to the beach. Skiathos also seems to be having a problem with mosquitos, which we didn't experience last time we were there. It is one of the greenest of Greek islands so you probably have to expect this. All in all it was a good holiday, but next time would go earlier or later in the season (we went second week of June). ”

Thymis Home Studios
“ Wonderful, quiet apartments, just off the main street within walking distance of both the harbour and the beach. The rooms are small, but pretty and functional. Friendly and helpful staff. Too small and quiet for families. ”

“ This hotel is a jewel located out of the way in Skiathos town. I cannot praise the owners of this hotel enough. It is spotless and the owners are lovely, lovely people. I love it and will go again and again. ”
