Hotel Blue Sea Interpalace
“ The hotel was very clean but a bit dated. the staff were polite and helpful. The entertaining was very poor and boaring. food was ok nothing special part from xmas day was variety of delicious food. The town was very beautiful . During our staying our bed clothes were not changed. but overall we enjoyed our holiday and we definetely come back again. ”

Dania Magec
“ A good clean Spanish hotel with polite friendly staff. You get what you pay for, so don't expect a large selection of food although food quality is very good and you wont starve. Bedrooms are quite roomy, cleaned every day with towels changed. My visit this December was my 9th time and will be back in 2012. Could not complete the star rating, as page not working properly. Catering. 3 star Pools. 4 star ”

“ Very good value - clean and simple. Staff are unobtrusive but very helpful when requested. Generally quiet. Good location - five minutes from the beach and 15 mins pleasant walk to town centre. ”

Luabay Florida Plaza
“ Very good overall. Very quiet location, staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size for 2 people and clean. Pool is located on the top of the hotel roof, so it catches plenty of sun, but I wouldn't say very private from nearby buildings. A very good hotel overall and would quite happily go back. ”

Sandos San Blas Hotel
“ This was a lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly, and the bedrooms and food of high quality, if not "samey". The complex was too big for our liking and in the evening it was too quiet for us - no music and no atmosphere in the lounge bar. The nature reservation tour however is excellent and great value for money. ”

Park Club Europe
“ Overall very pleased with hotel. Our room was very spacious with a living area as well as bedroom. We loved all the little areas to sit, other than around the pool, especially near the ponds Variety of food extensive, and plentiful Very good value for money. Just one feature there is no air con in the bedrooms, this was not a major issue as we kept windows open, however in mid summer this maybe a problem. Would return to hotel again. ”

Aparthotel Santa Maria
“ This is the sixth time we have stayed in the Santa Maria and it gets better every time . We extended our original booking and as usual this was no problem to the staff - we remained in our lovely apartment overlooking the sea and views of Tenerife on the sixth floor. The staff are really helpful and friendly without being overbearing and the general professionalism is first class. Looking forward to our next visit to tenerife and there is no decision making where to stay - the Santa Maria Catering and Pool both excellent ”

Parque de la Paz Apartments
“ Had a lovely stay at parque la paz this march. Weather was perfect. Pools were a little chilly but ok once you got used to it. Location of the hotel is great, 5minute walk to beach and main bars and resturants and everywhere is flat so easy walking with pushchairs/wheelcahirs etc.. Entertainment everynight consists of animal shows, bingo, quizs and singing. There was no daytime kids entertainment going on although there is a room thats meant to be open 2-3 but it never was when we tried. Rooms very spacious and clean with a great size balcony/terrace. Would definately stay here again. ”

Jardin Tropical Hotel
“ This is a great hotel. You wont really get a better 4 star hotel. We travelled with our twin 3 year olds and we all had a fabulous time. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful with excellent facilities. The buffet restaurant is first class. The Beach club restaurant is also superb. As with any hotel there are minor niggles but nothing of note that spoilt our stay. Will definitely go back in the future ”

La Carabela
“ I am a 58 year old FEMALE and this was my first holiday abroad ALONE. I LOVE CARABELA and felt safe and secure. Reception Staff were unobtrusive when I needed privacy and helpful when I needed help. The hotel is small and the back pool near my room is a little haven. Room and patio private and sunny all day in the part I was in. Cleaners and maintainance staff very pleasant and lovely. I felt very at home here and would definitely stay here again either alone or with others. I would choose the same room again less than 30 yards from Reception. The area is high and overlooks the port and is like a separate little resort in itself with all facilities shops cafes bars buses market and it is a VERY short walk to the beautiful Botanical Gardens and the ORCHID gardens. Buses to other areas of the island literally outside the front and back doors I loved the steep walk up and down to the port and felt safe walking it alone day and night. A kettle wouldve made it perfect! Maybe I should've asked. Hope to return soon. ”

Globales Acuario Hotel
“ The hotel is located high on a hill at the back of Puerto de la Cruz so it's a bit of a hike down to the town. It's probably only 1km from the sea "as the crow flies" but you'll need a hang glider to reach it. Saying this though, it's a decent enough location if you've got a car or you don't mind walking to the bus stop up the road. The rooms are on the small side but there again you're not paying for a 5 star accommodation. There were a couple of guests that I got to know who asked to be moved to larger rooms. I'd booked B&B and the "eat as much as you like" breakfast buffet was very good, ranging from a fry up to healthy fruit and yoghurt, although I'd advise you to get down there by around 8:30. In the evening a buffet dinner is available at 12 euro, which looked OK, although I didn't try it out. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was fairly quiet when I went (early February) occupied mainly by families with young children and older couples. Only during the weekend did it get crowded and a bit rowdy as it seems to be used for cheap weekend deals with Spanish youngsters arriving from some of the other islands. Given the price I don't think you could go wrong; a very pleasurable experience for a 10 day break. ”

Comodoro (Apartments)
“ First let me say that this was an alternative to our usual choice of apartment. We normaly have a 1 bedroom apartment nearby. We arrived on Friday to be told that we could not have our twin bedded apartment until Sunday. We subsequently found out the hotel had double-booked our room and we were given a room in a hotel next door (not the first time this has happened we learned later). This meant we were not able to settle and commence our holiday as we would have to pack and move 2 days later. Our twin bedded room was nothing more than a bedsit, comprising of 2 beds, a table and 2 chairs with 2 electric rings and a fridge. No sofa to sit on and a TV that had only 2 English news channels. We had a balcony with table and chairs, which were fine. We paid more for this bedsit than the 1 bedroomed apartment nearby, which is sumptuous compared to this place. This is not somewhere I could recommend to anyone. ”

“ Best family holiday we've ever had. Staff couldn't have done more to go out of the way for us or the kids. Great kids club and evening entertainment. Bungalows ideal and area safe for kids. We're already looking at booking for next year. ”

Oasis Mango Apartments
“ We have stayed in this accommodation many times and have booked to go back this April. We've also recommended it to family who are visiting in March. I have stayed in some of the refurbished apartments and feel that they are all now in need of refurbishment. The apartments that are situated on the lower level have no view at all, which is a pity given the height up the complex is. I have requested one higher up when we return later this year and do hope our request will be granted. ”
