“ We read a review where some mad lady was complaining about the orange crockery. We stayed at a larger 3 star hotel apartment last year in the same resort that was less well equipped. Exceptionally tidy and comfortable main room. Kitchenette, bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. Rainbow friendly, helpful owners who respected privacy and even allowed us to check out of our room late without an extra charge. Great apartment on the "restaurant street" with 2 ATM machines outside. You are in the heart of the town with access to everything. We would recommend this Hotel for couples on a budget, seniors, rainbow coupes or families with older children/teens who would have access to the disco coaches outside. ”

Bon Sol Apartments
“ We refused the first 2 apartments offered at Bon Sol as they were so dirty. The manager was called, he was very polite and said he wanted us to enjoy our holiday. He showed us the Premier Bon Sol which was a new apartment block and only had about 4 couples staying . The Premier was fantastic, it was quiet as our holiday was mid June and the official opening of the Premier was not until the end of the month. The manager was brill all of our stay always asking if there was anything else we needed. Holiday June 2011 ”

Alicante Hostal
“ Room was old and tatty, needed a good clean and smelled like it. Furniture (old wardrobe that didn't shut and a bedside table kinda thing) was past its best. Could hear the neighbours break wind. No air con or fans, shower not usable for falling off the wall. Only hot water at night - there's more but you get the picture. Won't be back. ”

Hostal Norte
“ Basic hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Quite central and not too noisy. Have to cross the road to the swimming pool but no bother. All in all good to lay your head down at night and get changed in. Not really suitable for families. ”

El Pinar Apartments
“ The apartments are separated into 2 blocks by a road. The block that houses reception is by far the better one. It would appear that all the rooms in the other side do not have a balcony. This meant we could not sit outside and enjoy a drink/view and made it difficult to dry the beach towels etc. The maid service at the hotel was poor, certainly in regard to the cleaning of our room. We were there for a week but only had the room cleaned once and had to ask at reception twice for clean towels and toilet roll. Overall however, the hotels communal areas were very clean, perhaps we were just unlucky. We had bed and breakfast and had no complaints about the food at all.. All of the staff were very friendly and we would recommend this hotel to most people. ”

Playa Grande
“ The complex itself was excellent, somewhat remote, so taxis were an issue. However, I did contract a very serious case of gastroenteritis from the restaurant, which the manager did nothing about, which we found very disturbing, others had to report chicken that was raw inside, so be very wary of the food. ”

Jabeque Hotel
“ The booking process through Flightline was perfect with no issues at all. The hotel itself has really dropped in standard. Sunloungers around the pool were 90% broken. The outside pool bar / drinks area was closed. The main bar inside the hotel was closed so if we wanted a drink we were out of luck. Having stayed at this hotel before (4 years ago), it's a shame to see what was once a good hotel fall into something that would struggle to achieve a 1 star rating (at present it's a 3 star!) However, on a plus point it's in a good location for a stroll along the front to get to Ibiza town, where you can shop and eat and watch the world go by. We had our holiday towards the end of October - Ibiza starts to closed down at that time of year so only a few bars / eating places stay open. ”

Balansat Apartments
“ We found our studio room very nice, clean and well equipped. The only annoying thing was hot water pressure, which made bath tub completely useless and to be honest we were struggling with shower as well because of that. Food was always fresh and nice. Good choice of all inclusive drinks as well (as for European hotel). Free wifi at the reception room was very useful. We were looking for quiet and peaceful place to stay and this one was perfect for us. I would definitely stay there again. ”

Grupotel Santa Eulalia and Spa
“ I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to couples, families and large groups like us. The pool was brilliant, lots of sunbeds and facilities for children. As a large family party ranging from 2 years to 56 years old everyone was catered for. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food excellent. The breakfasts were multi choice and superb and evening meals very good. We had snacks by the pool and couldn't fault anything. On our day of departure we were able to use the spa facilities to shower and prepare for the journey home and towels were provided free. We all loved this experience and would not hesitate to return to this hotel if we visit Ibiza again. ”

Central Playa Hotel
“ We arrived at Central Playa July 2010. We were ushered in to an old and temperamental lift, which we had to use as we were on the 7th floor. Our room was like a prison cell and too small to put any of our things anywhere. A tiny wardrobe had one hanger and we were told there weren't any more. I would not recommend this hotel at all. HOWEVER - when we complained they were really helpful and moved us to a sister hotel down the road, which was gorgeous - Maritimo - and I wholly recommend this one. ”

Formentera Apartments
“ Formentera are basic apartments. As they are cheap, the rooms and the hotel reflect this. Everything is clean in the apartments and in the public areas. The reception and the staff are often not that organised and they are always overbooked, which means on a daily basis you hear arguing at the front reception. This happened to us the first time we came here but luckily, the second time everything was smooth sailing. The pool is very small and the shade is over some of the pool all day as it is sandwiched inbetween different hotels. However, it is amazingly close to the beach and restaurants. I would recommend people to go there but have only as much expectations for the amount you paid. ”

Algarb Hotel
“ I went all inclusive and I thought the food was relatively good it does go round in a cycle after about 4 days but if you want to keep costs down on alcohol and food this was the best way to go on holiday (The Bar stops serving at midnight but this was ok for us as we hit the night life after this hour). Saved so much money as Ibiza is not that cheap. When we were tired of the food we took a night off and went outside the hotel and ate out. I have no complaints we got what we paid for and none of my party was disapointed, the staff was always friendly with us but perhaps thats because we were always happy and chatted with them even though the language barrier diffulcult on my behalf as I dont speak spanish at all but we coped. Hotel right on beach and looks like everyroom just about has a sea or pool view. The sea, beach is lovely and hotel is located in a very accessable spot on the island for clubs and to travel around bus stop directly outside hotel and is very cheap. Had room cleaned everyday and had a lovely cleaner who sang whilst she cleaned. Be warned the rooms are paper thin and can hear lots of movement and entertaining chit chat between rooms and the hotel is in the flight Path of planes arriving and departing can come in quite low however we did not go to Ibiza to relax and the planes coming over was all part of the atmosphere after a while its like back ground noise. We had an excellent time in utalizing this hotel for our holiday needs. ”

Mediterraneo
“ We stayed at this hotel last year and were more than satisfied. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent and the owner Gabriella and her husband were really very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly book to go there again. Many people that stay at that hotel go back year after year, which says it all. Also, we were very pleased with Flightline too. ”

Piscis Park Hotel
“ Arrived at our hotel to three guys, one of whom was vomiting on the stairs. People banging on doors all night, shouting, arguing. People leaving take away food outside their doors on the floor in the corridor. Hotel staff let themselves in our room whenever they wanted without knocking. Found two builders smoking in my room in the afternoon drilling holes in the wall, leaving plaster all over the floor. Rooms weren't secure and there was evidence that our door had been split before, indicating that it had been forced open at some point. We could be seen in the bathroom by next door through an air vent. Prostitutes stood outside the hotel grabbing our arm when we walked past. Hotel balcony overlooked wasteland, bus station and car park. We had to pay deposits for everything: keys, safe, fans. No fans available! All furniture was wobbly, fixed together with nails sticking out the sides. Light switch next to bed was broken, live wires hanging out to be touched. Groups of football shirted lads walk around the pool all day. Hotel looked 70's very old fashioned, dirty and staff did not even look at us when we spoke to them. Under our bed was horrible. We told some Ibiza regulars in a bar one night that we were staying in a crap hotel, they said "hope it's not Picis Park". They also said they had a horrible time last year. Worst place ever. There are plenty of others a lot nicer for the same money. ”

Ebano Apartments
“ Not a bad place to stay. As told by a member of staff is usually only filled with families, but as a result in a shortage of bookings this year has been opened up to groups of young people. Resulting in shouting, screaming and people knocking on the doors in the early hours, which for us was annoying as we have young children. ”
