Whenever you book a holiday online with Flightline, we want to make sure you get the very best deal available. Our Guaranteed Price Promise makes this possible by ensuring you never pay over the odds for your holiday.

The Guaranteed Price Promise works simply. Here at Flightline we are so confident in the low prices of our online holidays that we will refund the difference if you find your holiday cheaper on any other UK website on the day you booked with us.

Terms & Conditions

The Guaranteed Price Promise applies only to internet sites that have an identical holiday immediately available and the service is priced accurately. To be eligible for a price difference refund, your 'holiday' booking must consist of flight(s), accommodation plus any extras sold as one unit. Any flights, accommodation or other bookings sold individually will not be eligible for refunds. Price difference refund requests are for bookings made online only, must be submitted to the following e-mail address on the same day of your purchase on our website and do not include credit card handling fees.

In the case of holiday products, the Guaranteed Price Promise covers holidays with the same tour operator as originally chosen for the holiday in question. Any holiday requested for a difference refund must be available to book live and include any handling charges, booking fees, credit card fees or similar. Flightline cannot refund the difference of any holidays that were previously purchased using 'money off' coupons, promotional vouchers or offers, or bulk-buy discounts. The Guaranteed Price Promise does not include offers found on our partner sites, which may change subject to availability or holidays stays sold through internet auction sites.

Please note only same-holiday packages will be applicable for price difference refunds. For example, holiday bookings that include a flight and a hotel on our site will not be discounted if you find a lower price for the flight or hotel separately. When requesting a price difference refund on a holiday, both elements of the holiday must be available on a single website, bookable as one unit, at a lower total cost. The price must be in pounds sterling. In this instance we are unable to match prices for hotel-only stays.

To request a price difference refund, email refunds@flightline.co.uk. You must include the URL of the page displaying the cheaper holiday price. Please do not send the URL of the homepage.The details of your request will be reviewed and you will receive a reply via email within 7 working days. Refunds will be recredited to the original card used to make the online purchase within 14 days of reviewing the request.
