Windows Vista & Eurotalk
Eurotalk regularly update their products to take into account changes in operating systems, hardware and drivers.
Eurotalk have identified an incompatibility between Microsoft Vista and previous versions of Windows that can result in errors such as "MCI Error: There is no driver installed on your system" when running Talk Now! or Movie Talk.
If you are experiencing this problem on Vista, or any other difficulties with Talk Now! or Movie Talk on any version of Windows, then please try the following:
- Start by downloading the Latest EuroTalk Update.
- If this doesn't fix the problem, try downloading and installing the latest Microsoft DirectX and the latest Windows Media Player.
- Finally, try downloading and installing the latest video and sound drivers for your computer from the manufacturers' sites.
