Aghios Ioannis is a resort that suits middle market families and couples. If you are seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday then this is definitely the resort for you. The transfer time from the airport to Aghios Ioannis is around 50 minutes meaning you have plenty of time to look around at surrounding scenery as well as take in the location of the resort and the location of your accommodation within the resort. The main beach in the resort is long and narrow but covered in golden sands. The sea is shallow and clear and water sports are available. Public transport is goof with a regular bus service to Corfu Town via Benitses. Buses also run to Kavos some days. Water taxis are popular ways of getting to Corfu town, however car hire and moped hire are available to you.

The summers in Aghios Ioannis are long, hot and dry, with September and October still seeing temperatures of around 25°C. The sea temperatures are quite warm in the summer but will cool down at night.
