Summers in Greece are known to reach well over 30°C and the sun will shine for over 12-hours a day. July and August are the warmest months, and during the summer, rain is virtually non-existent. If you are looking for hot sunshine and clear skies then it is best to travel to Greece between May and September. Coastal breezes are good for keeping the humidity levels down and therefore keeping you a bit cooler. The coldest months are January and February, but even then temperatures are still around 14°C with about 5-hours of sunshine a day.
