El Arenal - Located on the South coast of Majorca

El Arenal is just a 15 minute transfer from the airport meaning you have plenty of time in the resort and at your accommodation. The only problem is that you may here a few take-off\'s as you are so close to the airport but this doesn\'t bother many people. The resort is purpose-built so tourists feel very welcome in the resort. The resort appeals mainly to young couples and groups of singles as it has such a lively atmosphere. The sea is very clean and there is plenty of golden sand for you to sunbathe on.

El Arenal is home to many activities to suit the needs of many young people. The activities will also appeal to older people, depending on what they like. There are many water sports available such as windsurfing, jet-skiing, scuba diving, snorkelling and riding on the banana boat. If you prefer land activities, then horse-riding, minigolf, tennis and cycling are available. There is a water park in El Arenal called Aqualand el Arenal, that is very popular with people of all ages and has many swimming pools, rides and slides for you to try. If you wanted something different from your holiday then a horse-drawn carriage is available. In Arenal, you will find Golf Fantasia which is perfect for children as it is a mini-golf course.

El Arenal – lively and perfect for those who want to party all night long

El Arenal has a brilliant nightlife available. There are many bars offering various types of music available, as well as many clubs that will stay open until the early hours of the morning. The are plenty of British pubs to make you feel at home, as well as karaoke bars and clubs offering top British DJ\'s. You will also find many restaurants in El Arenal that offer various types of cuisine. The cuisines on offer include Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean and English. You will also find many fast food restaurants such as Burger King and Kebab houses.

El Arenal – perfect weather for tourists

El Arenal does benefit from good weather as it is located on the coast. The water temperatures on average are high throughout the year, with land temperatures rarely going higher than 30C. Winter temperatures rarely drop below 10C however there is a breeze that can make it feel slightly cold. In the summer, there is a welcomed breeze that keeps the temperatures at a comfortable rate.
