Jobs vacancies in the Customer Services Department
CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - FULL TIME
You will need an excellent telephone manner and approach to providing excellence in customer service. Previous experience within the travel industry is preferred, although not essential as full training will be given.
The Job Role
- Answering calls in respect of all pre-departure queries.
- Managing pre-departure bookings & advising passengers of any flight changes etc.
- Managing all cancellations and booking changes.
- Managing all pre-departure special requests.
- Managing all invoices and tickets.
Qualities
- Friendly telephone manner & be able to excel in delivering good customer service.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to work under pressure, as this is a busy department.
- Must be able to work within a team.
Opening hours Mon - Fri 09.00 till 18.00 and Sat 09.00 till 17.00, 5 days a week (alternating Saturdays). 20 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays.

RESERVATION CONSULTANT - FULL TIME
Previous reservations or customer service experience within the travel industry will be required.
The Job Role
- Making reservations for flights (chartered and scheduled), car hire, car parking, hotels and other add-ons.
- Giving excellent customer service.
- Pro-actively selling all travel extras, enhancing reservations.
- Have the ability to convert calls.
Qualities
- Friendly telephone manner and be able to excel in delivering good customer service.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to work under pressure, as this is a busy department.
- Must be able to work within a team.
- Knowledge of Viewdata an advantage (not essential).
- Must be competent in the use of computers.
5 days a week on a rota basis (8.00 till 17.00, 9.00 till 18.00, 11.00 till 20.00), with alternating Saturdays (with a day off in lieu) 9.00 till 17.00. 20 days paid holiday.
