Please can you explain what 'Pre-booked Seats' are? FAQ

Question: Please can you explain what 'Pre-booked Seats' are?

Answer:

A pre-booked seat only guarantees that passengers on the same booking reference are seated together. This does not allow you to choose the seats you wish (e.g. windows, bulkhead or aisle seats).

Requests or special need requirements for specific seats can be arranged via the Customer Services Contact Form or with our customer service department on 0845 803 6768, but please understand these are only requests and can never be guaranteed.
