Pisa Airport is situated 1 mile (1.5km) north of Pisa.
 
Directions: The airport is within easy reach of Pisa, Genoa, Leghorn and Florence on the A12 motorway and the Livorno-Pisa-Florence dual carriageway. Airport access is at the Pisa Centro exit, or the A11 motorway through Pisa Nord to link with the A12 for the Pisa Centro exit.
 
Terminals: The airport has one terminal.
 
Parking: There are both short- and long-term car parks at the airport, with space for 1,200 vehicles. Short-term parking, for up to one hour, is available just outside the Departures area (P1). Long-term parking is available in the multi-storey car park opposite the train station (P2) on the Departures side, and in the parking lot by the petrol station (P4). Parking is free of charge for the first 30 minutes in P2.
 
Accommodation: The nearest hotels are the Jolly Hotel Cavalieri and Hotel D’Azeglio which are situated in the centre of Pisa, 1 mile from the airport.
 
Facilities: A bank, a currency exchange desk and a post office are all available at the airport. Telephones can be found throughout the terminal, and there are Internet points in both Departures and Arrivals. There is a bar on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two restaurants, one of which is self-service, and a pizzeria. The shopping area, La Corte, has over 20 shops and can be accessed from both floors. There is a duty-free shop in Departures and a tax-refund facility is available. These include a first aid station, and an air health office with a surgery where vaccinations are available. There is also a children’s play area.
