Information about Ibiza Airport

Ibiza Airport is a steady source of income for many islanders who serve the passengers passing through the airport daily. Over 2000 natives are employed by the airport and many more are employed by service companies associated with the airport.
 
Directions: To get to the airport take the PM-803 road to Carretera de Ibiza-Aeropuerto.
 
Terminals: The arrivals area is on the ground floor of the terminal. All luggage from non-EC countries must pass through customs inspection as it arrives on belt 1 at baggage reclaim. The departure lounge, ticket agents and check-in counters are on the ground floor of the terminal. Passengers move from the ground floor to the first gates for boarding the aircraft for their flight.
 
Parking: Opposite the terminal is a car park with 496 parking spaces.
 
Accommodation: The airport does not offer onsite accommodation, but many hotels are available in the city.
 
Facilities: Among the facilities located in the departure area are a number of general and gift shops, bookstores, music shop, food shop and a pharmacy. There are cash machines, telephones, restrooms, bars and cafes.
