Cancun Airport is the busiest airport in the Mexican Caribbean handling more than 800,000 passengers every month.
 
Directions:Cancun Airport is located on the Cancun-Chetumal highway at the 22-kilometer mark. Once here follow the signs for the airport.
 
Terminals: Cancun Airport has two terminals, which are designated as the Main Terminal and the FBO Terminal. The main terminal hosts the domestic and international flights while the FBO terminal is used for private planes and chartered flights. Both the terminals have arrival and departure concourses with modern facilities.
 
Parking: The airport has parking spaces to accommodate cars and buses. The parking charge is 20 pesos per hour, and adequate security is provided around the clock.
 
Accommodation: There are numerous hotels and other types of accommodation available in the area.
 
Facilities: The main terminal has duty free shops in the departure area for the shopping convenience of international travelers. The departure terminal also has quite a number of restaurants like Burger King, Bar Corona, Crab and Go, Baskin Robbins, Guacamole, etc. The airport also provides money exchange facilities, public phones, medical services, and locker rooms. In addition to these, convenience stores and beauty parlors are available. The FBO terminal has limited facilities.
