Thomas Cook Holidays have decided to base an A320 aircraft at Leeds Bradford International Airport which will increase the number of seats available to passengers.

Having the A320 based at the airport will provide an extra 10,000 seats to 17 destinations within Europe including Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Turkey and Cyprus.

They have planned to base the aircraft at Leeds Bradford International because they believe that the airport has the potential to grow even bigger. Having an aircraft actually based at the airport means that they can increase the demand for people in Yorkshire.

It is also good as there is going to be an increased availability for passengers when they come to book their holiday.
