The hotel is located in a small, quiet one-way street in the West End, tucked away from Edinburgh's main commercial areas. It is just a 10-minute walk to a number of shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.
The open plan apartments offer a lounge with twin sofas and a dining area. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The two-bedroom apartments are available in a choice of configurations: double/twin, twin/twin or double/single. The one-bedroom apartment has a double bed. A bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a satellite/cable TV, a radio, a hifi system, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and a safe come as standard. The rooms are well heated.
The apartments are self-catering, breakfast packs are available to book in advance at an additional fee.

From Edinburgh Airport: take the A8 through Corstorphine to Haymarket Terrace. Stay in the outside lane and continue on Torphicen Street, following signs for the EICC. Carry on straight through the traffic lights at the top of Dewar Place onto Gardener's Crescent. At the roundabout turn right and then take the 1st right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance ahead on the right.
