The hotel is located only 20 minutes from the Queenstown Airport. Taxis and local buses can be taken from the airport to the hotel, however the hotel does offer an airport transfer facility for a fee. Those choosing to self drive can follow the directions to Arrowtown and there is plenty of parking at the hotel.
There is a complimentary shuttle bus service to Arrowtown on demand and a free scheduled shuttle service to and from Queenstown. Airport transfers can be arranged for a fee. Local activity booking service also available with the chief concierge.
