The building is situated above one of the most important stops (City Hall Station) on the underground network and is part of the Raffles City complex. The 252 premier luxury rooms in the south tower, including the deluxe rooms, feature a pleasant colour scheme, luxurious beds with goose-down pillows and bed linen, a raindrop design shower, and parquet flooring. From these rooms, guests have views over the pool, the harbour, or the city, and can choose between a king-size bed or two super singles. Extra beds can unfortunately not be provided.
The 4,645 m² Wiillow Stream Spa feature two freeform outdoor swimming pools with a separate children's pool, six tennis courts (charges apply), hot and cold plunge pools, and 35 spa rooms offering massage therapy, body treatments, facials, nail care, hydrotherapy, and other services. There is also a poolside snack bar and both sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Sports enthusiasts may also enjoy a work-out in the gym (charges apply), with cardiovascular equipment, a strength-training area, saunas, and steam baths.
