The Racek Botel was the first of three Prague botels built at the Czechoslovakian Melnik shipyard. In 1969, the Botel Racek was anchored in the centre of Prague, on the right bank of the Vltava River near Vysehrad rock in a quiet green oasis. . The underground and the tram station are both nearby enabling guests to visit Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and the famous Prague Castle within 10 to 15 minutes.
The botel is used all year round and offers 81 doubles, one single and four suites. All cabins are furnished in an elegant classical style and have en-suite facilities, colour satellite television and a telephone.
