Renovated in 2004, the 3-storey complex has a total of 66 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hours reception, safe and currency exchange. Additionally, there is a café, a bar (open from 9 am) and a restaurant. Medical and laundry services may also be taken advantage of.

This apartment complex lies around 50 m away from the beach, in the centre of S'Illot. Opposite the apartments guests will find a supermarket, a cybercafé and a bus stop. An ATM and a chemist are also located nearby along with a range of restaurants and bars. In addition, there is a forest located around a 5-minute drive away.

The apartments include 1 or 2 bedrooms and sleeping capacity varies from 4 to 6 persons plus a baby. All the apartments include a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer (some also include a separate toilet), kitchen, lounge, balcony and terrace. It is possible to hire a radio and TV. Safes are payable in advance at the reception.
