These communities are situated just south of the 160-hectare Lake Davenport, on Highway 535, and in close proximity to all of the action. The resort enjoys a location that is perfect for shopping and visiting the theme parks of Orlando. The Factory Outlet Mall is just 2 km away, and a Wal-Mart Superstore, which is open 24 hours a day, is just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. The new road (World Centre Drive) that connects to Highway 535 means that guests are just a 20-minute drive from the Walt Disney World Resort and minutes from dozens of golf courses. A wide range of shops and restaurants can be found nearby. The resort lies within a range of a number of airports, including Orlando International Airport (48 km), Orlando Sanford International Airport (88 km), Tampa International Airport (109 km), and Miami International Airport (384 km).

All of the 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom homes in this established residential area are detached houses with their own private screened-in swimming pool. The standard amount of pool furniture provided in the homes will be 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table. The en suite bathrooms feature a shower/bathtub and in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, tea and coffee making facilities and a kitchen with a fridge, a cooker and a microwave. Air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, and an ironing set also feature. Not all standard homes are equipped with pool heaters; therefore the option of pool heating must be requested at the time of booking.

From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.

Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out time from the accommodation is 10:00 h.
