To get to the resort from Cancuns International Airport.The estimated driving time is of 45 minutes, approximately 27 miles. There is only one exit road from Cancun Airport. As you leave the Airport, take the on-ramp to your right, which approaches coastal highway 307 and leads to the Riviera Maya. The sign reads Playa del Carmen and/or Tulum, Chetumal. This highway takes you to all points south of the Riviera Maya including Hacienda Tres Rios. The large resort sign is on the left side of the road. Playa del Carmen is only 15 minutes and 9 miles south of Hacienda Tres RÃos. Take coastal highway 307 north towards Cancun. The large resort sign is on the right side of the road.
