Recently opened in 2006, the hotel is part of Singapore's largest tourist class budget hotel chain. Though this no-frills hotel has no swimming pool, gym or restaurant, there are a number of restaurants and cafes just a few paces from the establishment. Facilities and services on offer include safes at the front desk, a laundry service (charges apply) and this air-conditioned hotel's front desk also sells telephone cards for international direct dialling which may be used in the rooms for overseas calls and provides a 24-hour reception service. There are also 2 lifts available as well as Internet access (for an additional fee).All rooms have individually adjustable air conditioning, a small bathroom with a hot shower, a TV (mounted on the wall), a telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board are available on request. Though the rooms are small, they are clean and elegantly furnished - with the option of either one queen-size bed or two single beds (no extra bed allowed). Some rooms do not have windows. Disability-friendly and non-smoking accommodation is available to be booked.
From the airport, a 25 minute cab ride, via the city expressway, would bring you to the hotel. The MRT (subway) connection from the airport can bring one to the nearest station, Lavender MRT Station and a walk will bring you to the hotel.
