The air-conditioned lobby has a 24-hour reception and check-out service and lift access. There is also a hotel bar in the lobby, as well as a lounge where live bands often perform in the evenings. Room and laundry services can be provided (extra fees apply) and there is parking for guests arriving by car.The hotel's rooms are each individually decorated according to Chinese, Indian, Malayan and ethnic styles and feature contemporary, minimalist designs.
