Built in 1845 and renovated in 2006, the hotel has a total of 38 rooms spread over two buildings, of which 1 is a junior suite, 2 are suites, 1 is a wheelchair accessible room, 1 is an apartment, 1 is a studio, 1 is a villa and there is also a garden. The hotel has a lobby with a safe and a lift. Dryburgh Abbey lies around 2 minutes away, Wallace memorial is a 5-minute drive and Melrose Abbey is around a 15-minute car journey away.
