The holiday village is comprised of three lodges, which can each accommodate up to six people in three well-appointed bedrooms. The holiday village has air conditioning. Further amenities include a TV lounge, a children's playground and a dining room.
The holiday village is located in the same grounds as the hotel in Cahir, County Tipperary. It lies on the N8 main Dublin-Cork road and is just a 15-minute drive from Tipperary Town, Cashel, Clonmel or Mitchelstown, and approximately a 45-minute drive from Cork, Kilkenny, Waterford or Limerick. The Heritage Town of Cahir, with its many historical attractions, such as Cahir Castle and the internationally renowned Swiss Cottage, is within five minutes' drive of the property.
There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs in each of the lodges, both of which are en suite. The third bedroom is a double bedroom and is located downstairs and also has an en suite bathroom. The upstairs double en suite bathroom has a bath and the other two have showers. Bed linen is provided but guests will need to bring their own towels or they can be rented for a fee upon arrival. The living rooms feature a leather couch and armchair nestled in front of an open fireplace. The rooms are decorated in soft relaxing colours and come with a 28-inch TV. The kitchen/dining room is bright and spacious and has a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, a large dining table with six leather chairs and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a patio door leading from the kitchen out to a private decking area with patio furniture.
Younger visitors can let off steam in the children's swimming area. Fans of the fairway can head to the nearest golf course, which is approximately 20 m from the holiday village.
MasterCard and VISA are accepted as methods of payment.
Guests travelling on the new M8 Dublin-Cork motorway, whether travelling northbound or southbound, should take exit 11 and follow the signposts off the motorway. The lodges are located 1 km from the exit on the right-hand side.
