By road: A9 dual carriageway to Perth from Glasgow and M90 motorway to Perth from Edinburgh (follow signs for Inverness A9 North). 2 miles (3.2 km) north of Perth, take B9099 through Luncarty and Stanley, turn right at the sign for Kinclaven (and Ballathie). The hotel is approximately 3 miles (4.8 km) along on the right-hand side. Alternatively, take the A93 Perth to Blairgowrie road and turn off at the Beech Hedges (follow signs for Kinclaven and Ballathie).
