The residence has the appearance of a traditional village made up of chalet-type buildings which are made of wood and stone and fit perfectly into the surrounding site with direct access on skis from most buildings. The ski hotel was renovated in 2010 and has a total of 168 guest rooms. Guests are welcomed in a lobby and there is lift access to the upper floors. For an additional fee, children can use the kids' club. Moreover, there is a bar, pub and a restaurant onsite.

Each accommodation unit has a fully equipped small kitchen with a minimum of 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, microwave oven or mini-oven, dishwasher and an electric coffeemaker. There is a balcony or open terrace (on the ground floor only), a TV, vacuum cleaner and an en suite bathroom with a shower or bath and a toilet.

From Paris: Take the motorway to Albertville (A43 and A430) and then the N90 to Moûtiers. Continue for 16 km after the village of Mâcot. The first resort is La Plagne 1800. At the crossroads located 200 m above the Maeva-Plagne Lauze junction, turn left towards Plagne Bellecôte-Belle Plagne and continue as far as Belle Plagne.
Sleeping in the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old. The health record, including up-to-date vaccinations (at least BCG/triple + Polio) must be presented in childcare centres, clubs and mini clubs. Pets are admitted on presentation of an anti-rabies certificate (dogs must always be kept on a leash on the residence's premises). There is a deposit per apartment to be paid on arrival and refunded upon departure after inventory.
