This lodge is near to the Curio Shop and is located at the main entrance to the Taita Hills Sanctuary (about 1 km) in SE Kenya. It is around 25 km from the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary, the Ngulia Bird Ringing Station and the Tsavo West N. Park and the Mzima Springs. The centre of Voi is a 45-minute journey and Lake Jipe is approximately 60 km away. It lies about 200 km from Mombasa and 400 km from Nairobi.
The double, twin or triple rooms are elegantly furnished and are spacious, with a sitting area and well appointed bathrooms. All feature a private viewing balcony commanding views of the adjacent Taita Hills or the well maintained gardens and surrounding sanctuary. All come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and offer a double bed. They are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, individually regulated air conditioning and either a balcony or a terrace.
The lodge has a free-form outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area and its own pool bar with sun loungers and parasols. It has its own fleet of well equipped safari vehicles with excellent guides. There are meeting rooms and numerous outdoor venues for dining and leisure.

The lodge is located 3 hours from Mombasa and 6 hours from Nairobi. It is 1 hour's flight from Nairobi or 30 minutes from Mombasa by private charter which lands on the lodge's own airstrip.
