This complex comprises a total of 20 top-quality apartments, the majority of which include generous gardens and pools available throughout the summer season. Facilities include lift access, a newspaper stand and a car park for those arriving by car.
Located in the residential area of Puerto de Santa Marķa, these apartments are surrounded by green areas and lie less than 500 metres from the beach. The apartments also enjoy a location near the beaches of the Costa de la Luz and are surrounded by pine and eucalyptus groves. Within 5 km guests will find the city centre with its millenary history shaped in the streets and palaces that adorn the centre. A number of restaurants, bars, pubs and public transport links can be found within 200 metres of the establishment, whilst El Puerto de Santa Maria train station is around 10 km away. Jerez Airport is around 35 km away and San Pablo Airport is approximately 150 km from the accommodation.
The apartments are totally furnished and equipped. They provide all the kitchen utensils and the necessary linen (bed linen, towels and kitchen towels). Most of them have a terrace, air conditioning and heating on request. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath, whilst the bedrooms come with double beds. The kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge, cooker and microwave. A washing machine and ironing set are also provided.
Guests can use the outdoor swimming pool and children's swimming area. Guests wishing to play a round of golf can visit the local course, which is only around 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation. The nearby beach is sandy.
