The hotel is situated in the state of Perak at the border of Peninsular Malaysia and Thailand. The stunning landscape of the Belum-Temengor Rainforest houses over 3,000 species of flowering plants, including three species of the largest flower in the world - the Rafflesia. It is also the natural habitat of 64 species of ferns, 62 species of mosses, and has a lake that is home to 23 species of freshwater fish and 5 species of turtles. The entire forest complex is approximately four times the size of Singapore, which makes it the ideal place for large animals such as tigers, elephants and rhinoceroses to roam and breed, undisturbed by man.

Each of the rooms is lovingly appointed with contemporary, nature-inspired décor and equipped with the most comfortable and modern facilities to make the stay an unforgettable one. The hotel is located in the middle of the Belum-Temengor Rainforest Complex, midway between the east and west coasts of norhtern Peninsular Malaysia. The nearest towns to Belum are Gerik in Perak and Jeli in Kelantan, linked by the East-West Highway. From Kuala Lumpur, take the North-South Highway heading north towards Ipoh. Take the Kuala Kangsar exit and head towards Gerik, passing by the town of Lenggong. This highway takes guests straight to the hotel.
